I foolishly allowed myself to get involved with a timeshare. Upon coming to my senses, I attempted to get out of my contract with no success. I tried selling my interest through a broker suggested by the Timeshare Company but that appeared to be a waste of time and money while my Credit Score was negatively impacted. My name is Jennifer Jordan. My family and I went to Orlando two years ago on vacation. My husband and I were sucked into a timeshare by numerous lies that were told to us by Hilton salesmen. I contacted Aaron son’s and was told if I hired them, they would get Hilton to buy the timeshare back and they would make sure it would be taken off of my credit report. I had to pay $2500 and would owe $1000 upon completion. Hilton finally bought back my timeshare earlier this year. I received an email advising me that I now owed the $1000 and if I left a good review, they would send me a $100 gift card. I explained that they had completed part of the deal, but it is still showing negatively on my credit report and that hasn’t been fixed. My husband and I are trying to buy a house and are unable to get financed due to the timeshare being on our credit report. I was told they would still clear up my credit report, but I needed to pay the $1000. I paid them the money and now can not get a return call from my “lawyer” (he’s actually a paralegal). For prospective clients, be sure they fulfill ALL obligations before rendering full payment!
