Aside from the almost zero communication and low level of professionalism. I found Leo to be constantly late, missing appointments and barely prepared. Leo B Siegel neglected to file court paper work for over 6 weeks all while ignoring my phone calls and emails. After over six weeks of not hearing from him and thinking all our paperwork was in order I received an email stating he was very "busy" the last few weeks and was "sorry" for poor communication but he would like to continue to represent me. It ended up costing us a couple thousand dollars. He brought his son, 12 or 13 years old in gym shorts, to our court hearing with him. Thanks to him my case still is open. I intend on filing a compliant to the State Bar to have him disbarred so that he may not harm future clients with his deceitful practices. He had not only intentionally misrepresented my case and I, but had also misrepresented to the Bankruptcy Court.
