Receptionist hung up on me after I used my right to keep the details of my case between the lawyers and myself. Completely unprofessional. "You're probably not going to hear from them unless you tell me what the case is about." Call made at 4:58 PM EST on Thursday. If I were them I would reconsider this individual's employment. Other offices respectfully addressed my right for anonymity by simply forwarding my call along and allowing the attorney to get back to me at their convenience.
