The ladies are polite and will work with you every possible way. I had an issue with a creditor refusing to acknowledge a settlement and they helped me to get it the item removed from my credit report. It sucks to owe anyone money but if you have to owe, these are the best people for the job. I've had three account go through them and they helped me to pay off and settle all three.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to call them regarding a question about a payment I'm trying to give them, they make it damn near IMPOSSIBLE. It's like they know you screwed up, they know you owe money, and they want to make it THAT much harder on you to simply PAY them. nnUnless you have about 2 1/2 hours of your time to waste waiting for them, they're not helpful at all.

They ignore calls when you are trying to reach them or get information. Customer service is not good at all.
