Thank you, Dan for everything. In addition to Dan himself, he also employs an EXTREMELY knowledgeable, caring and loyal staff who have been with him for almost as long as he has been practicing. They make as much of a difference as he does because he passes his knowledge along to his staff. Very few attorneys allow their staff to be as knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the various intimate details of the cases in their offices whether it be family law or personal injury. I believe that makes all the difference with his office.

In my brief dealings with the attorney in question, it is my personal opinion that he was extremely rude and unprofessional. In my personal opinion he seem to lack common sense and he enjoys a highly confrontational and non-constructive approach. He is not one that seeks fast and effective resolution vs.long and expensive path.
