Honestly, one of the, if not the best place I’ve ever worked. The job is always fun and it pays well. I love my managers and supervisors as they work hard to keep you included. The job is different almost every day and it’s a blast! Kirk, Matt, Shane, Jeremy, and Anna are by far the best coworkers I’ve ever got to work for!

One of the worst companies to work for and to get product from they miss treat and bully there employees. There welds have parocity as well as have un fused welds that will barely hold a day at best no quality protection for there customers just push out product to take there money . They are completely unprofessional behind close doors would not buy product or seek employment from them I would give negative stars if possible. If there are positive reviews they are paid to do so . I dare you to ask to see what there welds look like on your product anyone with a brain stem can see how awful there craftsmanship is truly a sad company which is why the owner lost mjk in the first place and had to sell just to keep money in his greedy pocket

I've had extensive experience with MJK's fabrication. Management was very pleasant to deal with, and everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. There were some issues with schedule with our complex project. It seems they would be great for quicker simple jobs.

I really loved the work that i was doing there, and it was most definitely hard work. I've had nothing but positive experiences there, and all the guys and gals that I worked with was some of the best people I ever met.

If I could have rated it below, I would've. Fired me without even asking what happened. Believed a POS supervisor, with no question. They dont care about their employees AT ALL. The turn over rate there IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!! Dont give this company the light of day. Horrible management, worse than that is the "part owner" in this establishment...if you can even call it that. The disconnect this company has with its employees is ASTOUNDING.
