My experience at Affinity was excellent. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I actually cried when I left because I was going to miss all of the staff. I was in Affinity for a broken hip,. I was told I would probably be there 4 to 6 weeks for rehab. I was out within 2 weeks and 2 days. All my therapist were excellent. They pushed me to recover quickly to name a few, Juana, Serena, Joe and of cause David. The best therapists in the world. And my nursing staff were excellent too. To name a few, Ariel, Kathryn, Ana, Erin and of course Tim. Also, the food at Affinity was like being in a 5 star restaurant. There was not one meal that I would turn away. All the meals were excellent, especially my shrimp and pasta day. The portions were very good. Kudos to Affinity and all the staff. I miss all the people who helped me to recover so quickly. My Grandmother was recently sent to Affinity for a short term stay following an unexpected trip to the hospital for a respiratory problem. My family has been so pleasantly surprised with the level of care she has received and the staff on their ventilator unit have been wonderful! The place is clean and Grandma seems to like the food. All in all, I'm glad we chose this place for her.

Horrible place. The administration needs to be replaced. They blame everything on the patient or the patients family. They NEVER make a mistake. When my dad was discharged, they sent him home without his medication. They sent his prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. The nurse supervisor Nick, told me that it was all my fault for not checking over the discharge orders when we left. Am I supposed to do the nurses job for her?! How would I know what medications he is on?! It gets one star for the physical therapy department. They were great.
