Not very personable once he has your money. Not very thorough when explaining the process of starting a trust or the use of the trust. So far my experience has not been good. Currently we are trying to contact Alan with a couple questions and he hasn't called back. The first meeting was great but after we paid it all changed. I DO NOT recommend Alan for anything.
