Awful experience! Please read the reviews and go somewhere else, there are plenty of lawyers that would actually care about your case. It’s been over a year since they took my case and have done nothing. They won’t take my calls, they won’t answer my emails. Last time i spoke with the lawyer was 7 months ago and he said it would be a couple of weeks more, i haven’t been able to get a hold of him and every time i call his office all they can do is leave a message for him to call me back, he never does. After months of trying one of his colleagues replied to my email only to say he was no longer in my case. They will be nice and professional to you until they find out your case is not worth millions. They will leave you hanging for months until you decide to terminate your case so they won’t have to work on it. Pathetic.

I am a disabled veteran and they represented me in the 3M settlement. When I was trying to figure out if it was worth it they told me I would get what ever amount the courts award. I received the initial settlement estimate and they never mentioned anything about fees coming out. I just received my settlement amount and it was 47% of the amount awarded. They were not transparent and I would never use them again. I am very disappointed and I feel they benefitted more than I did and I’m the one with the disability.

I have an unclear understanding of what my assigned team is doing to litigate my case. Although I am providing requested documents, I am getting a rushed or delayed feedback from my assigned attorney. If I am successful in reaching my attorney, there is tremendous noise in the home or car background of which severely distorts counselors information. While the last of my medical care is being accessed, and billed, I am clueless of the legal team’s goal for my case. Hopefully, this gross negligence on behalf of the accused will be open and closed without the attorney’s holding the case up on the legal side! Seen this unfortunate drama happen too many times. In this case the stakes are extremely high, in that the entire community is at lethal risk of life!!!!

Was referred by sister! Every word was positive and I trust her. This is my first encounter, so far very good. I will post review again whether negative and/or positive.
