They failed on at every commitment and I am glad we decided to stop working with them after design stage. The budget was made clear at every first meeting and via email written communication. Still they quoted a really high design fee. When asked if they would lower it, they did but didn’t complete the items that were discussed and simply send over a bill to pay. And said - we have already spend a lot of hours. I asked them to quote the job, the pricing was almost 2.5x higher than the other quotes I received. 3 times higher than the budget I told at the very first meeting. The overall concept and ideas were nice but I wish they offered more transparency and at least lived up to their own promises. The design and quotation timelines were delayed were 2 months. Things only moved each time we followed up.

No doubt an excellent company. However the proposal was twice the price of another proposal by an excellent landscape architect. Perhaps they are more geared to bigger jobs than to single home service. In addition there was a fee just for coming to meet and look at the property.
