Shameful! This company is supposedly ran by Christians... you would never know it. They absolutely do NOT follow the Golden Rule and treat you as they would want to be treated through a hardship! I have had great credit my entire adult life until this past couple of years... as so many others have struggled. These people treat you like you are nothing...and in the worst way by "acting/ sounding" nice but not taking you seriously or actually helping you at all! Must all be democrats.

This has to be a joke. Is this a legit place of business is my question. I have never dealt with a legit business that takes this long to produce a payoff letter and accept a payment. I swear it’s like they don’t want to get paid. This seems very fishy to me. I’m surprised they are still in business and have not been investigated by the BBB. This is insane. A debt collector that does not want to collect a debt! Something in the milk is surly not clean. All I want to do is get my payoff letter and pay the debt. The phone lines are a joke. They lie and say they are going to get a letter to you and they don’t. I sent the email that they requested and still no payoff letter to my email. I sent the letter early in the morning and heard nothing from these people. They should already have a standard payoff letter ready to go, it should not take 7 to 10 days, I mean really. Who is running this circus? It’s like they don’t want to get paid! I know one thing if I don’t get my letter to my email tomorrow I will be calling the BBB, this place needs to be investigated. I wish I could give zero stars that is how bad this place is.

Very professional collections. Of all the attorneys suing me for credit cards that I stopped paying, Moss has been very easy to work with. If I ever decide to stop paying my credit card debt in the future, I hope that Moss sues me instead of the other attorneys.

I would give no stars if I could. They are the worst. They say they sent letters to us but they did not. I have been trying to pay them for years and they still and its like a hit or miss with them. Its like they don't really want to clear peoples debt they want to keep people stressing. Yes I did off an them because they don't see that they have done any wrong.

Moss Law Firm are not to be trusted. They do not operate in good faith at all, are unprofessional, and will hood wink and bamboozle you. They are not to be trusted at all. Do not trust anything they say. They will pull a bait and switch on you fast and in a hurry. Beware!!! They are very unethical to say the least in every aspect .
