He was careless and unethical in our case. Our public defender told us to persue a Butler Co. prosecutor for breaking the law against our children in Court, and Mitchell Allen defended her instead to the Supreme Court of Ohio, and I have the letters as proof! He is a coward that wouldn't even return my calls to tell me why! This person is a total waste of time and money. That is all they were concerned about! He actively keep TMobile text messages that could have brought my 3 children home, away from the Judge. He is the worst, and I will spend every day making sure he doesn't do it again! Mitchell Allen is a terrible lawyer! Do not hire!
