In 2012 when the park rent increased again we thought there was nothing we could do. The park conditions became deplorable and our amenities gone we formed a core group and called mobile home attorneys, Allen Semelsberger & Kaelin; ASK. We filled out the questionnaire and they took our case! It is very important to have experienced and knowledgeable lawyers working on our behalf. They are attorneys that understood our nuisances and how to deal with landlord- tenant laws and issues. Four years later we can put this behind us! It is a timely matter with a lot of hard work, but I can say it was well worth it.

I am satisfied with the time and effort the firm put in to the trial, I think everybody was helpful while the trial was going on understood what we were going through.I hope they feel the same. The only thing is the time it is taking to come to a decision. I know it depends on the judge but it is hard to get on with our lives with this umcertenty about the outcome.
