Very dissatisfied in the customer service of this establishment. I was told numerous misleading and false things by different people in regards a title to a home and not only did they admit they were wrong they chose not to fix the problem! Will take my business elsewhere!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very challenging mortgage company that forced us to postpone the closing several times. On the date of the actual closing, the documents were not ready until 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The team at Alliance was still able to get everything done, and call me with the amount to bring to closing before the mortgage company.

Loved this as our place to have our home closing journey. Nice respectable staff. Great business rooms with added distance protectors. They even provide hand sanitizers, and water to drink. Staff is even very friendly every step of the signing process. Which makes the step of the home process so much less stressful.

Was very impressed with the speed and relative ease of closing on my title. Despite having a bit of trouble finding the place at first, once there I was happy to find that the process was very straightforward. All forms and signatures were explained in language that made sense to me. I also found the option to receive all the forms on an already-prepared flash drive to be very convenient.
