Absolutely rude to me over the phone. Very unprofessional, what a joke. As soon as Mr. Alpert called me back his very first questions were about himself and how I googled and found his number..... which I answered. All I wanted to know was if he could help me and my grandmother which he didn't even give me 5 minutes on the phone to talk, I understand you want money which I offered to pay for you to even just listen to what I needed help with. So rude.
