Ashley Flood is a wonderful attorney. She is one of the smartest people I've ever met, and is a caring and persuasive person.
Called to get represention on a car accident case where the police report said it was my fault even though it wasn't. The firm declined to represent because they believed it was not a case they could not win and the advice given to me in consultation was unhelpful to my situation.
Grant Alvine is a knowledgeable and talented attorney. He is always friendly and willing to help. He is on the list of "Super Lawyers" for personal injury. If youre looking for someone to help you and feel overwhelmed with the time it can take to decide on which attorney you want representing you. I suggest starting with this man. He is honest and straight to the point. If he cant help you. He can point you in the correct direction to get what you need.
Grant Alvine is amazing! I got a DUI (1st) even though i never left the parking lot and Grant helped me do everything like I needed to do to get my Suspended Imposition. First of all he tells it to you like it is... He won't sugar coat anything and he'll tell you if you have a shot, or if you don't have a shot. Next he gave me my options... And I went to court and thought everything was over with the States Attorney came down HARD on my case. I thought I was done for sure. And Grant calmly spoke the details of my case to the Judge and the Judge then asked if I had any last words... And I spoke it to him exactly as I would have anybody. I knew I screwed up. I knew I was drunk as heck. I spoke right there that I had a very bad night and I know I only have one shot at a suspended Imposition in my whole life and I was hoping I'd get another chance. And the judge saw I was being honest... And he knew Grant spoke the details correctly even though the States Attorney wanted me DONE to jail for at least 5 days and charged with a DUI 1st on my record... The judge thought about what Grant and I said and gave me the suspended Imposition which I now have to prove I earned and I don't ever want to make that mistake again. But I thank Grant for stepping up to the plate and explaining the details and making sure I was prepared because I know if he wasn't there to inform me of my options and his ability to tell things like they are... I probably would have this charge on my record for life. I was saved by Grant Alvine. So thank you!
It's days like today when freezing rain, sleet and snow affect driving that I think of a fender bender I had. It wasn't the most terrible of accidents I've seen worse but I didn't come out completely unscathed. I ended up with a totaled vehicle and a broken hand. I used Grant once before in that "worse" one I mentioned prior. That was 20 years ago. I'm not a person that uses attorneys often so naturally I would gravitate back to an attorney I used before and since all went smooth and he's very likable person. So I called him explain the situation and went down for my consultation. During the consultation I realize he had changed, but not in a bad way in the best way for his craft. I realized at this point it has been 20 years since I spoke with him. He had honed his skills and he was now Grant 2.0 and with his sidekick Melissa everything went extremely smooth from start to finish. They dealt with all the medical bill issues I never had to speak with another person they took care of everything. I'm not even sure if he does this normally but he even assisted with the pushy insurance adjuster who wanted to give me basically nothing for my vehicle. I would recommend Grant Alvine any day any time. When it comes to getting your case taking care of with no B/S. His office is definitely on my permanent Christmas card list.
