These guys are what give attorneys bad names. Kris Piereth was my attorney. He did literally nothing. I can’t even believe I paid this guy to represent me. I was told BY MY ATTORNEY that custody didn’t matter in a family case. Ended up getting 60% of my wages garnished in support for over a year. But that was a good deal according to him! Visitation?! He had me agree to Wednesday and Friday 530pm-830pm. 3 hours of visitation? I’ve literally never heard of such a thing. He let me get bullied around by the opposition and then he basically bullied me into agreeing to terms. Brought up geographic restrictions? He never once mentioned it. Ultimately, I basically lost everything because of this guy. I should sue this guy for legal malpractice. STAY AWAY.
