I am regularly unable to pay rent, submit work orders, and rely on their customer service as a current renter. Their acquisition of the apartments I live in has meant a constant disruption and nuisance to my ability to access and live regularly in my apartment for over a month. Threatening messages posted on my door, at least weekly, has shown how tone deaf they are to their tenants lives.

WORST LEASING COMPANY EVER! They will do anything to charge you extra and if you have to deal with their attorney get used to being lied to so quickly that you even start to doubt your own memory and records.

Springs of Country WoodsnnDO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Couple of things, recently my roommate had passed away, I understand there is no law regarding this but you a** holes couldn't find the decency to say we understand. She just laid out some options. Word for Word "you can pay it all yourself or figure it out with a new roommate" Management does care about you they care about money. nnUpdate** I got a call after writing the original review from upper management absolutely shocked that I would say such things. Here is the truth about Springs at Country Woods. nnIf you could think of a Nightmare of a living experience think Springs of Country Woods. I have lived here for 2 years and have seen it all. Shootings in the complex, people overdosing in front of my car, (I had to perform CPR) always closed or locked amenities from people breaking them everyday. Your rent will change monthly for services that don't even work (trashes are always overflowing, streets never get plowed, dog poop everywhere) The cockroaches, dog sized rats and general bugs are horrible!!!!!!!!! they are everywhere, and they don't do anything about it. If it snows, they don't plow shovel or even place salt down, I have fallen multiple times because of this. Oh when they do shovel its at 3 am and they are yelling and screaming and playing loud music. You pay for a workout facility that is only open from 10-4. When everyone who works can't use it, the pool and hot tub are closed 11/12 months a year. To top it all of, recently my roommate passed away unexpectedly, when I went into speak to management, I let Jack (Upper Management) know the situation she said, "I am sorry but you can either find another roommate or pay out the cancellation fee." I gave her more details to the situation (my roommates is from another country) while she said I am sorry you could tell she really didn't care, management just wants the money. You could be on your deathbed and they could give two Sh*ts. After the meeting with Jack I wrote a review on Google, and wouldn't you know I got a call the next day from her asking why I would write such a thing, and now she is willing to help out. Your management is two faced, and I know I am not the only person who thinks this place is garbage. Save your time and money and go to Chads Ford or something else close by. I honestly can't believe this complex is still in business, and I hope you all take this review seriously. I am not just a pissed of customer I am trying to save others from making the same mistake I did.

Don't ask. This company is far one of the worst. No consideration of tenants. Let's contractors do what ever when ever. Can never get ahold of management even if you leave messages. Changing all of the parking stalls and installing two 20 foot round abouts to where people can't get in and out of parking, allow for disability buses, or room for emergency personnel. Then they want to charge more then the area is worth. No concern for vandalism, disturbances, or even domestic violence. They let it all happen and don't care. Talking with some others in the complex they have agreed with me that the roundabouts are not a good idea and that what is being done is a joke.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I rented a property on Palm Springs from them the most disgusting place on the planet after I moved in. HUGE roof rats EVERYWHERE I caught at least 2 a day.
