Attorney Ellen K. Emery lied to both myself and my attorney(s), on a number of occasions about a matter of great concern to all of us refusing to provide us with a letter after being asked to do so by the, Better Business Bureau. Attorney Emery was not cooperative in assisting assistant attorney general Matt Hartman with our FOIA request which the North Chicago Police Department where found to be in violation as attorney Hartman stated 'seldom does a public body violate FOIA requests and are shocked at the way attorney Emery handled this matter.'
