Do not use for evictions if you work in property management. The most expensive in the industry and they do the bare minimum. They don’t respond to emails. They made a mistake on an eviction and it took them 4 months to realize it and then they emailed me putting it back on my plate. High turnover rate in their office so someone different is tending to your files every month. Horrible experience. Edit in response to Julie’s response: not a lawyer lying and gaslighting in their response. Shocking.

Anderson Associates takes their job of representing property owners and real estate investors seriously. They are extremely efficient and provide great service at a very reasonable price. Their website offers fabulous content for property owners, that by itself will save you time and money when it comes to managing properties. They return calls and will almost always answer questions regarding issues you have. I highly recommend them.

We would like to thank the team at Anderson & Associates, especially Julie Anderson for their help and advise in managing our rentals, protecting our assets, and keeping my business safe. I used them for all my real estate issues. I even used them for all our joint venture agreements and questions. They are professional and very responsive to our questions and needs. We highly recommend that any property owner in the KC Metro use this law firm for their real estate needs. Julie Anderson and her team assisted the housing provider industry. She has gone over and above to help the industry navigate all the different new rules, regulations, forms and documents around the industry.

Anderson and Associates helped me through several painful situations with tenants. Eviction is a last resort as far as I'm concerned, and I have only once evicted a tenant for non-payment of rent after letting her ride for six months (when she bought a new car that was the last straw). They have given me great advice to the advantage of myself and my tenants. I've honestly used them more for legal advice than legal action and found them to be helpful and responsive. In the few times that action became necessary their advice and coaching proved invaluable.
