After a difficult time with another attorney, my neighbor advised me to go to Anderson & Anderson. From the moment we met, I was struck by the care and compassion of not only the Andersons, but their entire staff! Phone calls were promptly returned; issues were promptly addressed. I could not have been happier with my choice of attorneys and I owe my neighbor a really nice dinner.

I had an experience with tim anderson just about 20 years ago was in the process of suing seaboard coastline, one on theyre maintenance trucks almost ran over the top of me pushed me into the railroad tracks and thank god no train was coming previously had surgery and it created problems and been suffering since told tim in the court as he was selling me down the river. To the railroad company, told him id see him again one day when im in my wheel chair, im in and out of it periodically i just wish people would tell the truth about past experiences and this is my truth, Thanks Tim. Mr. Anderson took my case when other largely advertised firms would not. I tripped on an odd shaped display which was also obstructing the main aisle of the store I was in and shattered my left knee cap, resulting in 2 surgeries and a long rehabilitation. The only reason I am giving the firm 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 is because it took over 4 years to settle the suit. I actually have no idea of how long it takes to bring personal injury cases to a close because I had never been involved in any before my accident. I'd been told by others that this was an exceptionally long time. nn I will say that the conclusion was satisfactory. I'm so glad it's over and I can put it behind me. I would use this firm again - mainly because it's not a mega-firm where your case is assigned to a nameless associate. It's a smaller firm where your attorney is the same person whose name is on the masthead of their stationary. Mr. Anderson (Sr.) was personable, knowledgeable and well prepared. He's been at it for a long time and I don't believe he would take a case if he thought it had no merit. nnThanks!
