I realized I was in a serious situation and I needed real help. So I found Michael Anderson, and he gained my trust immediately. He quickly but thoroughly analyzed my situation, came up with a plan (and a backup plan), and kept me fully informed as he communicated with the IRS. He had a special knack for easing my anxiety. I never had to call him. He was always on top of it. Ultimately, Michael got me the best possible result, in a surprisingly short amount of time, for a cost that was more than fair. One of the best services I've ever received, for anything, hands down.
