They they to use intimidation and lies to get what they want. They have made false accusations and unfounded claims against me in a letter from thier client. Terrible law firm and very unprofessional
They are a collection company, dont bother trying to negotiate payoff. They will only except complete payoff. Had them on my credit reports for over 7 years and they just keep reporting. Only contact to pay in full!
These incompetent attorneys only helped my case and contained a lot of false statements that I can actually prove are false, libel much? This firm clearly doesn't do thorough investigations but I am very grateful for the letters I received due to needing a laugh in the midst of living in a unit for almost -4- years (not the timeframe they wrote) and am now experiencing habitability, quiet enjoyment, breach of contract issues, fees paid to someone who completed a vendor application in order to become a vendor, and most of all - reasonable accommodation disability discrimination. Westwood Apartments located in Carmichael CA did NOTHING to resolve the matter for almost two months even IF my child didn't have a disability, it's -still- illegal. I will always use my freedom of speech when it pertains to protecting and defending myself and my child, ensuring our safety.
Out of 10000 debt accounts they got less than 10 to pay up. Not the collection sharks they claim to be. One of the debts on the list was a fake with the number of a pre-packaged cell phone I purchased and they only called twice in a 3 month period! I find it hard to believe that anyone this lazy is still in business.
If I can give no stars I would these people are fraudulent people I have an apartment on my record that I did not even live at or have a lease in my name they falsely served me it’s just fraudulent all over I have been fighting in litigation to try to prove that these people are frauds now they’re trying to come after me at work I’m a single mother with four children and I live paycheck to paycheck I have a great rental history I’m taking these people down
