Typical attorney that prey on your misfortune. They do not care about you or your debt. They just want that money. It’s been 38 days with a “closed account” but they are still taking 25% of my wages and told me it would be at least 30 days before they will send out “the letter” Oh yeah Good luck speaking with someone who doesn’t have broken English……look how bad the responses are in the reviews. You will get an idea with what you are working with.

I with i can give them zero stars.The worst company ever. mind you when they place you on hold they will say how they will work with you and do anything to get you current if your account was in default, which is a complete lie after making payments for over a year account goes into default when I was ill, made a payment of six times my normal amount to bring to current and knock off an extra few hundred dollars, but they won’t honor the original agreement . Just like everyone who posted before me saying this company has no empathy and the complete arrogance that you have to deal with is 100% true. I would never recommend anybody to Deal with this company.Beware!!

The lack of empathy, the abundance of rudeness and arrogance will leave you speechless. Sadly spoke to two women on this blessed season, leidi and Lisa Martinez… both showed nothing that reflects what their company claims to abide by, there was no respect, no professionalism or help whatsoever.

This company is suck it just suddenly send me court orders which is I don’t know it is my debt? I have my own credit report and when I call them to make it clear and I give my last 4 SSN , they couldn’t find the account. I report to cfpb and also sent mail to them and to the court That’s not my responsibility,

This Law office always has the best customer service, they care about their clients while always treating all parties with the up most respect and dignity. I always look forward to speaking to them when I can. Maria Centeno exemplifies all the good qualities of the law office.
