There is a reason they don't show a pic of their office, they are the most incredibly rudest office I have ever dealt with in all my years on this earth, they WILL NOT work with anyone who are willing to make things right and would rather force people into quitting a job rather than receive funds at all. The stupidest thing I have ever heard of. I have friends that own businesses and would NEVER EVER recommend this firm to even draw up a simple eviction notice let alone try collect a debt.

To call this place a law office is a stretch. Terrible ethics. Their paperwork was mailed with incorrect info and no one there wants to take blame or explain why! Lost paperwork, won’t return calls! Poor professionals!

I've called and left messages and emails and its takes a weeks to get an email back. You cant just go hand them check at the office either it has to be a cashiers check or money order and sent in the mail I was told (when they called me back a few weeks later) that it takes about a month for the garnishment to come off my check and it would probably still hit my check a few times and they cant pay me back for that.

These people are the lowest human beings in Kentucky u pay the original amount in a garnishment it stops then 2 dam months later u get another order saying u owe more its absolute bull!!!! Ur already stressed out and struggling then they kick u when ur down

Very horrible place very rude people. Does not like to give info in regards to anything you ask for. Will rush you off of the phone to avoid questions. Hope they loose all contracts and licenses.
