Vance Andrus was my supervising attorney when I worked for the firm, he is one of the smartest, most compassionate, and all around best people I’ve ever met. He fought the baddest and biggest, and won. He genuinely cares about clients and the Wagstaff team share this knowledge and drive to win.

Wagstaff Law never returns call. One assistant called me because there was a problem with a check they sent my husband. Their check was returned by the bank. I have called Allison not less than twenty times. There are two checks and now they are too old to cash. They have to reissue these checks. Andrus Wagstaff speaks to you, on the initial call, to sweet talk you to go with their law firm than he disappears in the wind. Going with this law firm was a mistake.

At this time I will only give this place a one-star rating unless they fix this then I will be more than happy to give them a five-star rating, you all are horrible about responding to your client's and the families who have suffered great losses,you as a company need to make sure your client's are paid within a timely manner,you all under no circumstances should ever disrespect your client's or use the Lord's name in vein just because someone didn't hear what you said,I expect y'all to do the best for those who have allowed y'all to be their attorneys etc.

I am updating my review. I worked with Albert Northrup in the end of this last disbursement I have received. When I say that I am impatient. I am not exaggerating. I also have GAD. I bothered him a lot ???????????. Albert never got upset or impatient with me. Always answered with everything he knew at the time. I wanted to make sure that he is known! He works hard, and a lot of his time is put towards the cases he is working on.

I've been trying to reach someone regarding a settlement check for 2 months now with no return call or anything ..if anyone can help me get in contact with them please let me know
