I worked with Shelby and Mike Downing. Hands down, the best experience I have EVER had with a lawyer and his team. They’re compassionate, professional, and they work hard to make sure you’re fairly compensated. Two of the greatest people I have had the pleasure of meeting, and I’m honestly sad that my case is finished. I’ll miss them.

Awful. CARL MUELLER, is been unprofessional unethical, raised his voice to me when I ask questions. He has never contacted me. I always have to contact him. He trusted in the other side, cause it was a friend of his. I excised deep concern about this. His response was, that he'd work with him plenty of times not to worry. The cars he's worked with him on have been resolved quickly and been to clients satisfaction. Iam never informed. I always, always! Have to contact him via text, email, or calling and leaving messages. He will wait till he dies things that I have told him iam not ok with. Then contracts me by mail later. I get my information 2 weeks later, after the fact. He's sent me to the wrong people. Basically I'm having to pay for his mistakes. I went to him in 2018. The only reason I went with him was because he assured me it was a easy case. That i had been suffering a year already. I look at reviewers, it must be nice to have a resolution in a year or 6 months. He's unethical. At this point in time his lack of professionalism and his mistakes of making this drag on is unacceptable. He has been the pure definition of ineffectiveness of counsel in so many ways. Worked with Ron before. Only reason I came to this firm. My case must be too small. For his time and effort. He has bigger fish. He's advised me on a couple factors. Two mainly. Wich was wrong and has jeopardized my case. I literally will be in debt by time I'm done. Cause of his lack of ethics and professionalism. You go to their page and they speak of how the other side will drag it out. At this time it's him dragging it out for more money. He needs to have help brought in cause he can't apparently handle our keep his caseload details correct. Our like I said he dont care. Ive seen to many reviews mention his name. Getting settlements over and over. Yet is been 3 years. It must be nice. Ron Edelman you need to step in. At this time I guess no one is getting paid. Then nor I. Complete waste of time. My pain suffering, medical bills because of my injuries. Me, myself had been doing all the paperwork and copying and getting records. Not him. Yet I'm supposed to pay for this. When literally he has sat on his hands. What a disgrace!
