If there were 6+ stars, I would give them! Francesca was amazing. She not only was kind enough to take my case mid way through my transactions, she was fantastic. Her communication style is calm but direct. She always was highly responsive and has an extreme sense of urgency. When running into a snag that I was convinced would derail my transaction, she was on the phone late into the night trying to resolve it with the other party, and got it done. We closed on time with the terms we needed to be fully protected. I would hire her again anytime and highly recommend her.
