I did my sale and purchase of hdb flat with Anthony Law. My sale was a bit complicated with extension of stay and some negotiation along the way. They were knowledgeable and work on my timeline for CPF usage between my sale and purchase, everything went smooth and I’m impressed by their service as admin was willing to communicate with me through WhatsApp, so much easier.

I engaged them for my property mortgage. I can say they have rather poor service and slow in responding to my emails. When i called, they seem to be busy almost all the time and promised to call back but i received none. Most of the time i get better and earlier information from fellow property owners. I really hope they have the urgency to serve better, their service seriously needs improvement.
