Anthony & Sylvan Pools

Run! Do not use A&S! nOur salesman was great but the pool was never 100% complete. It has been 2 seasons now and they still won't address the many issues!!! We have sent emails, left messages, certified mail; call after call, email after email, NO RESPONSE!!!! nPool deck is cracking and sinking! One section is a completely different color than the rest (we paid extra to have it colored). The shoddy concrete is now pressing against our stone retaining wall and outdoor fireplace and breaking the stones causing more expensive damage! Broken gauge, broken cleaner, cracked coping, concrete dust in the pool, the list goes on and on! nI can't believe they are in business with this lack of customer service. The manager has not returned any calls, emails, or letters!!!!!

used to be a very nice store and staff, but now it is a run down store with no help or merchandise. Try to call the store 4 times in 1 1/2 hours no answer. Thank you for AMAZON!!!!! more selections better price and good service. By the way take down your phone on the website since you not going to answer it....

We had a pool installed 2 years ago. After looking at a few companies we noticed the difference between Anthony & Sylvan and other companies. From start to finish they were professional and helpful in every way. The pool is great and I have recommended them to other friends as well. You won't go wrong using them!

Now that A&S have their money, they will not address cracking and light issues with pool covered under warranty. I made more than a dozen other phone calls, as well as four follow-up emails up the management chain to Northern Virginia General Manager Mr. Neil Coyne ?with no response. Finally had to take a lunch hour to go to store to get on their schedule for an inspection to correct issues. One the day scheduled I took off of work?they didn't show. Par for their service.

They were terrific to work with and so professional. Doug and Jeremy were on top of every detail and always quick to reply to emails or texts. We are so pleased with our pool and are grateful for the stress free experience!nThank you.
