I couldn’t barely walk let alone work for 6 months was on a fixed income and finally back too work a month ago, I’m finally catching up and was going to be able to catch up my payments with this firm, well now my bank is frozen and I have absolutely no way too pay all my bills or get gas, and I was told if I wanted to pay them I have to use another source of payment or bank…, how??? You just froze my funds! Also the lack of communication! They didn’t even try contact me, and it’s a pain to get ahold of them, and the lady (who seems like she is the only one there) is just plain rude!!!! Thanks guys!!! Now I can’t buy food and anything Oh also I am raising a special needs child… This should be illegal!!!!!

I know this place has a bad reputation but I think debt collectors in general might have a bad reputation. I was able to settle a debt with a gentleman named Giorgio. We communicated mostly by Email. He was very responsive, and we came down to a reasonable number.

I have tried for 3 working days to make a payment and I can't reach anyone. I have left messages and no one returned my calls. It would be nice if I could get a call back. I guess they will hold my responsible for a late payment? Not good at all.

The worst paid service I've ever seen in my life. They don't have anyone who speaks Spanish. I authorize my wife to call to pay and they can't give her information.

I called to send a payment and they was very rude. I wanted to send another payment in December called everyday no answer . Then she says to me in Jan my voicemail was full. I never received a call or miss call by them. Then she says I revoked the contract. SMH first off I called several times and she says nothing. Seems like a set up or scam company to me
