I'm over 60 years old and I lived in NY without papers for over 15 year. I consulted many of the famous attorneys in New York and all told me there was nothing they could do for me. I know people who work for some of the other lawyers in Jackson Heights and they tell me some of the lawyers are jealous of Abel because Abel is better than them and he's an immigrant. Man Abel'a office grew like now they like 30 people or more. I'm telling you them other lawyers are mad as hell because Abel is so much better. Let me tell you he saved a good kid from around here who was getting deported for some trouble he got into. Man like Abel worked and got the kid to stay. That family was like What we won? We also got them crazy people who walk around half crazy writing stupid stuff to hurt people for no reason or cause other lawyer asked him cause their jealous of Abel. Abel is good for everybody here in the neighborhood.

Very bad. I paid 50$ for consultation and he didn't even talk to me about my case then he gave me a very expensive price for my case. Awful. 0 stars. Good lawyers doesn't charge consultation fee. Good lawyers get their money from having a lot of clients.

I am really happy because this guy Arcia had my construction accident case and he got me more money than I wanted, treted my family and me good, his paralegals and lawyers in hia office was all nice and good.

I met this lawyer in 1996 and since then my whole family, my 3 kids, my husband, my nephews, nieces and in laws, all have had many cases with him. In every accident case we have received excellent results and all of us got our green cards because of the great work he and his staff performes. They used to be like 5 people and now they over 30 people and Mr. Arcia hires very good employees and he gives you his celular number and because sometimes we had questions we called him many times and he answered the celular. He is the best lawyer for accidents and immigration, very nice and explains things very easy to understand.
