I called numerous times to speak to someone and have yet to receive a telephone call. I left messages for a particular woman and she was less than helpful. I have yet to receive a return call from her. This company would've gotten a -5 rating of there was one.

The worst ever.. No answering calls or emails but yet want our money. Super unprofessional and some on the low thieves. How I make a payments and its good but want to call me a week later saying you want to send me my payment back and that I need to send more money. Yeah ok not happening. Im willing to offer money to the workers maybe they will answer their phones then. So sad and this is who we supposed to just give our hard working dollars to.. Nottttt

If I was an HOA administrator, I would not recommend this collections firm. Even though I paid Larsen Slaten online 2 weeks ago, my HOA has not received a single penny since then. I'm sure Larsen Slaten's #1 priority is to rank up lawyer fees than getting their client's their money back.

1 star means zero stars. WOW! What a rip off…I was sent to collections from my HOA after SPECTRUM contract, that I was forced into(I don’t need or have ever used spectrum services). I qualified for exemption of this contract and the HOA STILL SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. These lawyers couldn’t careless. They charge hundreds of dollars in fees!!! Incredible. Since I had no other choice, I just paid the fees and is very unfortunate because I know most people would do the same without an honest fight. Disgraceful HOA and Lawfirm. Never answer calls or email trend. I have proof of everything. I might just get an attorney to counter for me. This is so unfair. After paying the law firm they haven’t unlocked my account to make future payments making me default once again on my HOA PAYMENTS. Wait!!! did I mentioned that I have NEVER BEEN LATE ON MY PAYMENTS and that I made my payments every year…After the contract went through with SPECTRUM IS when all this mess started for me. I made my regular HOA PAYMENT ON JANUARY 2022 and they stole my money and applied it to all the late fees I supposedly owe them. $25 every month plus over $800 on attorney fees, SMH. I hope someone can stop these plp from trying to take what most of us work so hard for our families.

If I could give a ZERO I would!!!!!! I received a collections notice for my HOA fees and I went online and paid in FULL. I did not receive a receipt of my payment and I have been calling and E-mailing over and over and no one at this office will respond to my communications!!!!!!!!
