Horrible mediator!!! Run people pls don't ignore the reviews, they are so true. I regret not reading the reviews on her before agreeing to the mediation nor walking into her office. She was one sided the whole time and very biased. She gave me attitude-and didn't seem to care about my situation or what's best for my children. I guess she collected $400.00 non- refundable fee, so why on earth would she care. She did not bother to solve any problem. All she did was gather info and relay the message. She is a messenger not a mediator. She doesn't care. I felt attacked by her at the beginning of the session but I'm glad I didn't back down, especially if the money is coming from my pocket. Total waste of time and moneynNote: she is in business with those that gave her good reviews. I bet they wouldn't use her as a mediator if they had real problems

Ms. Armstrong was unprofessional speaking to me disrespectfully at times. She of wasn't just playing devils adocate, she was clearly biased to the point that I felt as though she was trying to threaten me to give in and agree. I left her office feeling attacked, misunderstood, and as though she must have been friends with the other atty because this was certainly one sided. The worst part is that I paid $400 to have someone speak to me with such disrespect and arrogance. I will never refer or recommend her.

Terrible!! Mediation was clearly one sided. Spent most of the time in the other parties room and tried to bully me into something that wasn't fair. Even my attorney said she was the worst mediator he's ever dealt with. Complete unprofessional and very rude. Her unnecessary and arrogant comment at the end as she walked out of the room was the icing on the cake.
