Had an amazing time at the Starnet Moms Retreat. Thank you so much for hosting us. Staff was wonderful and the facilities are beautiful!

I came here with open expectations and felt the convenience of the location in the same building as my event, was the prime reason for staying here, but I was wrong. I definitely sacrificed comfort, good food, and sleep just for convenience, and I will not stay here again. The room was a double occupancy and it was relatively quiet although overpriced and probably no better than a Hampton inn.The bed was super uncomfortable and I hardly slept. But by far the worse experience was the food. All of us resorted to door dash or leaving the center to find our own food by the 2nd day as the food was bland and no better than elementary cafeteria food and the silverware and tables were always dirty. The only decent spot to eat is in the cafe (pizza) but you can't eat that every meal and they had weird hours and were often closed. There was also a lot of staff complaining about their work conditions and it made us concerned with how they are running things. This place should charge half of what they do or need to step it up..

Beautiful grounds, but somehow I got a really bad view.. This is a really nice place to stay for events. Very large grounds. Quiet and off the beaten path.

My name is Kristin and I own a wedding planning company. So, when I say that my expectation for my wedding venue was higher than the average Bride, that is an understatement. Q Center had everything I wanted in a wedding venue. Everything in one convenient location, but different spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I am not a fan of flipping over the same room to use for two different functions, it doesn't leave room for quality. Not only did Q Center have all of these options, but there are also hotel rooms for the guests to stay in and different rooms for the bridal party to get ready for the big day in. Working with the Q Center staff was a huge stress reliever for me. Traci was our coordinator at Q Center and she absolutely knocked it out of the park for us. She was so easy to communicate with, always responding to anything I needed so quickly. She was efficient, organized and made me feel at ease handing everything over on the big day. I am so thankful for her! The entire Q Center staff was polite, kind and enthusiastic about my wedding day and I could not appreciate that more. We especially loved the security guard at the gate, Bonnie, who was an absolute delight. She was the perfect personality to greet guests when they arrived. The food was amazing! All of our guests were raving about the food from the dinner, to the salad, to the appetizers to the late night bites. We got SO many compliments on the food. The serving staff was so helpful and always ready to lend a hand, with a smile on their faces. Q Center has so much to offer that the average wedding venue does not. I have no regrets about have our wedding here. I could not recommend this more highly to any potential couples who looking for a wedding venue. Q Center will make all of your wedding dreams come true, with top notch service and a smile to accompany you throughout your wedding journey. Thank you, Q Center, it was absolutely epic!
