Mark Vinall at Ashley Wilson provided us with an exceptional service, on a difficult sale and purchase, and on a tight timescale (around 4 weeks from offer to completion). Without Mark’s clear, purposeful and intuitive communication; expert advice on ambiguous matters; and speed and efficiency, I am in no doubt that the transaction would not have occurred. I was particularly struck by Mark’s integrity in advising where issues were best dealt with through other channels to avoid additional costs as well as his clear and firm dealings with some challenging parties involved in our property sale.
