"My husband an I have been members of this credit union for about 5 to 6 years. At first they were great and very helpful. over the past 6 to 7 months the customers service has been horrible. My husband has been with the same company for years and receives direct deposit which has been posting on Friday for years. Now today Friday, (Payday) our direct deposit is not in our account! Multiple checks have bounced because of this and the bank tells me its because my employer posted our direct deposit after midnight in their system. All other employees have received there checks today unless you belong to ACU of Texas! We also have a USAA account that we use for savings and what do you know the money is in that account. My bank ACU account is overdrafted due to insufficient funds because of this!!! My insurance for our cars, my cell payment, my husbands bike insurance, tolls and multiple other items have bounced because of this!!! have called and spoke with a branch manager and called a Regional Manager and left a voicemail. Don't use this bank! The pick and choose when you get your pay checks! And collect tons of fees because of it! And NO ONE WILL HELP GET THIS CORRECTED BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY CANT do anything about it even though they can see it pending in there system. What would you do if this happened to your paycheck?"
