Store always clean and organized. It is always refreshed with new items. Only negative is when you self check out, you lose your Kohls cash on the day it expires because they do not give you the actual green piece of paper. You used to be able to redeem 10 days after expiration. I have lost plenty because I do not see the actual expiration date on the receipt.

Wasn’t really a Kohl’s shopper but I stopped in for serta mattress topper. Mark the cashier was absolutely wonderful. He helped sign up for my Kohl’s account. He even was able to empathize with me for what I had been going through with my mattress. Real stand up guy, he’d probably be a great addition to the management team. Good job Mark now I’m a Kohl’s shopper, keep it up!

The experience was great. An associate was helpful in helping me decide on my purchase. The cashier was very polite and there was hardly any wait time at the register.

Kohl’s store in Brookfield is the most incredible place to shop. Unique and the highest quality merchandise is standard. Prices are fantastic and sales are so satisfying! One stop shopping for gift, outfits, and LOVE the new Baby Center! I’ve been a Kohl’s card carrying customer for almost 40 (shhh!) years and the wonderful, friendly folks keep us coming back!

I really enjoy going to this location because of the friendly employees and great service. Everyone there is so nice and always willing to help. The store is always well kept and clean.
