Hutch Fale agreed to take my case, but wouldn't do any work on it! He wouldn't take my calls or my e-mails, even though he was my lawyer! I pretty much had to do his job for him. I had to find out on my own what paperwork needed to be done and how to do it. My case took 3 months longer than it should have, just because he wouldn't do any work. I don't understand how he can in good conscience agree to take a case if he had no intention of doing any work on it? How can he feel good about calling himself a lawyer if he doesn't do any work for his clients? Won't call them back or answer their e-mails? I feel like I should send him a bill for all the work I had to do that he should have been doing all along. Only hire Hutch Fale if you want absolutely nothing done on your case.
