This place is unbelievable! In an awesome kind of way! I have purchased photographic equipment from B&H for about 7 years now through the website and Android app. Entering the store for the first time was... let's just say i had to re-hinge my lower jaw. The amount of products they have to demo is unreal! I have never seen so many options in one location much less one store. But most of all, the service is impeccable. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and was willing to share information about the products as well as personal experiences. I spent 4 hours looking at cameras, tripods, bags and so much more. Everything photography related you can think of. The staff showed me personal photos they had taken with products I was looking to purchase. And never did I feel like I was not important or being ignored. My experience was only in the photography department. They have all sorts of electronics, lighting, video, sound equipment and just about anything you can think of or might need. I can't wait to go back! I will definitely plan to spend more time browsing the entire store. There is nothing even close to this in Arizona... nothing! B&H is worth a trip to New York... even if it's only to go to B&H! Definitely a must to visit!

I'm a photographer so I love this place, I go there every time I wanna buy my equipment. They have huge variety of cameras, drones, phones, laptops, computers, television and gaming consoles, huge variety of electronic sports gear and stuff. Good thing would be knowledgeable staff, they know their products and they help customers in every regards. The place is really clean and professional and prices aren't that bad at all and you can double check that and compare it with Amazon too, plus if you're a regular customer you can try to bargain the price a little and they try their best. Their return policy is also really easy and supportive. I'm a satisfied customer.

I ordered a Sony Wireless Mic system from the website, it's cost is 1,400.00 bucks. I ordered it because the website said they would have more in stock in 1 to 3 days. 5 weeks have gone by and still don't have it. Each time I send an email to support, I get a canned email back saying they'll have it the week after. I've now got 4 of these emails, and still nothing. I've now not had what I needed for a camera production and I order the device a month and a half early. Will never use them again. Also have used them within a large business and will stop.

This place is very cool... cutting edge and modern. Help is available in every department and the returns are what I would call reasonable and fair.nnThey will leave you alone if you just want to browse. Can get crowded frequently especially arou d holiday time.nnI never had a problem here.nnIf you haven't been there yet and are in new york city...check it out.

My interactions with and at B&H have been excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient service. My go-to place for all my photo needs. One negative experience, though: I was purchasing a camera and the salesperson totally ignored me--talking to my husband about me as if I wasn't present. But again, I think B&H is great.nUpdate. Another year of shopping at B&H, and continued satisfaction! I never have any trouble getting knowledgeable, polite and PROMPT help when I shop in the store. And the online chats have been great too.
