This lawyer along with my mother committed perjury in Jefferson County Family Court, she assisted my mother in basically kidnapping my son from me. Per the law a child must be a resident of the state for 6 months and be enrolled in school in the state, yet my son went to visit my mother for a week and Tiffany petitioned the court within 3 days of my child going to “spend a week” with grandma.
