Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Llp

This is the worst accounting experience I have ever had. Originally used Baker Tilly Services in Tysons Corner VA after raised capital for our start up in 2018. After using our company was acquired in 2021 we decided to use BT for our personal family foundation. Our Rep Steve reffered us to an attorney to file our 501c3 who charged over 20k something that could have been done with about 1k. Then our foundation taxes didn't get filed for 3 years all the while we were under the impression that this was being taken care of. Stephen Lawson leaves the firm and to our surprise nothing has been taken care of. We have a call with the new team members Maria Reade and Jamie Lawson in Sept.2023 they asked for documents and the deadline being before the holidays. and that they will file for feburary extension. We provide the documents requested by Dec 10th they then tell us that it's too late and that we need to redo our application for 501 c3 with the attorney again to regain status. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
