Whenever you have to seek legal counsel it’s definitely not a good day. However my husband and I made the decision to consult with Mr. Nick Lewis at Barth, Ballenger, & Lewis, LLP. I had obtained Mr. Lewis several years ago for legal counsel and remembered that he was always there to answer my questions, he was patient with me, and understanding to my situation. What stood out most to me was that after the legal proceedings were over he gave me very valuable advice that I’ve always remembered. So I knew without a doubt that when I was in search of legal representation again I wanted Mr. Lewis. Just from the consultation my husband and I felt like we found the perfect Attorney for our case. He was professional, knowledgeable, confident, and empathetic. Mr. Lewis and his paralegal Mrs. Barb are a real dream team. Success seems to come easy to them. They were in constant communication with me via email and phone. They made sure I felt confident about everything and understood every step of the process. They were very upfront about cost but it was very clear that I would still receive that best level of legal representation no matter my economic situation. They are fair and fight hard for their clients best interests. They were always extremely nice. This also includes the receptionists at the front desk, who were always smiling, friendly, and conversational. My husband and I have told a lot of our friends, neighbors, and family members about the wonderful experience we’ve had at Barth, Ballenger, & Lewis, LLP. I will never seek legal counsel from any other law firm. I truly believe any other firm would be a major disappointment. In my honest opinion Barth, Ballenger, & Lewis, LLP is the best in Florence and best in the Pee Dee.
