Went in for a class 1 misdemeanor. As a veteran, single mother, full time graduate student, and full time worker who has ABSOLUTELY no criminal record I paid for the lawyer and discussed the procedure for the expungement process. He was slick in not including that price on our emails. Then proceeded to have me pay the "victim" a substantial additional amount to have the case dismissed. Then tried to charge a much greater additional amount for the expungement then we discussed on the phone. You choose them for price in the beginning, but you mine as well get that $6,000 lawyer that will take care of you.

Definitely go with Charles for your needs. He will do his best to make sure you get the best justice you can. I was very happy with him. Hoping I don't need him again, but if anybody I know does, he is who I'd put my money with!
