I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I was going to be a new client and it was my first time needing an attorney. Not only did they not keep in touch on a personal basis but they were very unprofessional. Since I didn’t know much about how my case would work and had asked many questions they acted as if I was a bother or as if the questions I’m asking don’t make sense. When it was simply me just trying to get an understanding and feel more comfortable. After being sent a passive aggressive message from them regarding the question I asked I decided I don’t want these people representing me. 0/10 for this law firm.

I sure wish I could give double 0's to this law firm. All they want is your retainer fee. They will absolutely not help you nor will they deal with you on a professional and personal level. I say personal because each client has different circumstances and should be treated individually. However Banks and his colleagues would rather plea your case down and get you a lesser charge rather then defend your innocence in the first place. In their eyes you are guilty and not innocent until proven guilty. If you're guilty by all means use them. But they are NOT FIT TO GO TO TRIAL.

They did nothing for us in a timely manner, or anything at all, really! They took all my money and tried refusing to give it back after I questioned them why its been 2 weeks since I paid for the motion and still nothing has been done. They lied to my husband and I, Causing problems in our relationship! The lawyers have bad attitudes and yelled when I tried to question why things weren't being done. Matthew Banks has told me to Shut up, and listen (its logged) and I'm his clients wife...it seems to me, he has no respect for women...we've been with them for over 2 months my husband is still in jail and we might get screwed out of a lot of money..i would have saved myself a lot of added stress and agrivation!

Attorney Harakal was very informative with me about my case, he went over all the possibilities regarding options and routes on what he can do. Took time to address question and concerns with me. Reasonable out come, Highly recommend !!

They left me with a new ininformed attorney almost putting in the hands of a police officer who tried to illegally enter my house with my door key.
