I would highly recommend finding an attorney that is more prepared for her case. Barbara informed my daughter that she looks over the case the day before court and that is very evident. Also, before we entered the courtroom, Barbara informed us that she lost her last case.....not something to build your confidence in her ability to perform. Lastly, money seems to be her and her paralegal motivating force (Barbara being $300 an hour and her paralegal 150 an hour). We paid $4500 for very little action. When you think it is all over, Barbara emails the other attorney after we told her to leave it alone, and then indicates that she wants us to refuel her account again ($2500)......no way Barbara...your fired!

Mrs. Jouette is a reliable and hard working woman. She promised me what I by law deserve and she fulfill her promises. I had never deal with such hardship in my life and through my divorce and she give me security and trust in myself.

I had to go in and do modifications to our decree a little over a year after it was finalized. Barbara was quick to find numerous mistakes in the original decree. Her and her staff are quick to reply to messages, even if it's after hours and emergent. So glad I had her by my side because I was often overwhelmed with the process. She will do what is right for you and your family.
