This is the best attorney's office in the Richmond area for Family matters. Melissa VanZile is the best and is highly recommended. She communicates well and gives great advice. The office staff is awesome as well. I have been a client for quite a few years unfortunately, but would not go to court without Melissa on my side.

My case should have been an open and shut win, just like it was the last two times, but with Barnes and Diehl on my side we got our butts handed to us. Do not employ these lawyers. Do not trust them. Your family is worth more than Barnes and Diehl. They will take your money and do nothing for you. This law firm is a scam.

At the very first call my issues were well received. The administrator, Cathy Patton, is amazing with providing guidance for your next steps. Also, I called and left a voice mail, and I was called back within the hour! These qualities let you know if a firm actually wants to take care of clients or just drain your bank account.
