Another one of the worst attorneys I've ever met. He was assigned to advocate for my daughter in a CPS case in Jasper county and he did absolutely nothing to advocate for her. He filed no emotions made no objections called no witnesses and cross-examined no witnesses. When they are signed by the state to represent parents and removals of children they do nothing for you. Play are paid by the state so of course their obligation is to their employer not the parents which is ridiculous. If you want your children and you're fighting CPS do not allow them to appoint you any attorney you better get an attorney of your own because that's the only way you're going to have an attorney to advocate for you in any shape form or fashion. I asked him to file several motions and do other things and he refused and then withdrew from the case

After 2 almost 3 long years. Wasn't successful in the end but he did a good job in court. Haven't been to his office,only phone communication. He works differently than I'm use to as far as attorney appointed by court(pda) goes. Mayb been different on the other side if i paid him. Wish him good luck in the future.

I see Brad Barton today for the first time, stay tuned for an update(s) thru the process. Seeing him to revoke or amend a living will & trust from another state.

From the beginning of this situation I was entirely terrified. Keith was a Lighthouse in a dense fog! He truly made me feel there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
