We used Routsong for my grandmother and grandfather and my mother wanted the same. My mother fought metastatic breast cancer for 9 years. The one thing she knew for sure is that she wanted her funeral at Routsong. When she passed away, they were lovely every step of the way. Sam was amazing! He was positive, helpful, and made everything super easy. I could text him and he would answer within minutes. He was upbeat, yet respectful. After the funeral they immediately got the flowers to our home and they will get us a video of her pics too. They are professional and just downright good at what they do. During a difficult time, this is a place you want to be.

Dealing with the tragic passing of our beloved Nora was extremely difficult, but Sam and the Routsong team were all so gracious and comforting. Sam guided us through this difficult process and made us feel at ease. He was very responsive and attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Routsong Funeral Home. Sam and the staff are very patient, compassionate, generous, professional and caring. I cannot thank them enough for helping us honor and celebrate Nora in a beautiful way. I know this would not have been possible without them. The staff is family focused and without question the most kind, caring and compassionate people I have ever met! Not to mention - they have checked on us to see how we are doing. I am highly satisfied with their pet cremation services. They treated us with respect and understanding. Someone met us after hours so we wouldn't have to just leave our baby. I felt the same respect was given as it would be for a 2 legged family member. They had our little puppy back to us in 5 days. I am so happy we found them because I couldn't bare all the other options out there.

My father died without warning in August. I live out of state and have a 200 mile one way trip to get to my family. It's strenuous even without the tragedy added in. When the hospital asked what funeral home I was using I was at a loss. We weren't prepared. I checked around, made a couple calls, and was impressed with the obvious compassion Routsong had for my situation. Samuel made everything incredibly clear and simple, putting an ease into the process that I am so grateful for now. He communicated consistently and effectively, and called me directly when he found out the urn I chose was backordered. Losing my father has been the worst thing I've ever had to experience. I've lost my first ever best friend. But once Routsong had him I didn't have to worry about anything beyond taking care of myself. Their kindness and compassion is such that I would tell anyone in the area to make use of their services.

They were a good family like atmosphere, sat down to answer my questions. . When I would call ,was always someone there to direct me to proper person that could help me . Will return in future, and glad to recommend to others .
