Very professional and always available when I needed information.nnI didn't have to ask many questions because they were always calling me with the information I needed. On the off chance I did need to ask a question there was always someone with an answer everytime I called in or went into their office. Great job all around in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them.

My daughter chose Bartels after her initial SSI claim was denied. I encouraged her to contact them because their commercial said "We won't take no for an answer". After about a year of waiting, I found out that Bartels had not collected all of her medical records. Basically I did all of the work. They did nothing except fax a few things and finally go with her to her hearing before the judge. Yesterday they called her to inform her that she'd been denied. We'd already received the denial letter from SS so we knew. After years of doing basically nothing, they advised they're sending a bill and she could reapply with a new attorney. I'd never advise anyone to use this law firm.

make sure you guys dont use these guys its a HUGE mistake. i got piss poor representation from mike green at best that allowed a judge to be prejudice towards me in my case. they flopped on the appeal process and then wasnt interested in filing for a federal appeal. so now im outside my time constraints of being able to file ssid and will be forced to file ssi with a new lawyer and am can only backdate my file to my last court hearing. i was told that bartels daughter or niece would be representing me and that didnt happen either after driving to jonesboro and explaining my case to her. then mike has the balls to send me a bill after advertising the process to be free if they dont win. ill be filing a complaint with the bar association over his performance and a complaint with the federal trade commission over the deceptive advertising.
